The purchase of a single IBM TechXchange Conference 2024 pass is non-refundable. The transfer of a purchased pass to another attendee is permitted up until 14 days before the event, ending Monday, October 14, 2024. An administrative transfer fee of $50 USD applies. Note, discounts for purchased passes cannot be combined with any other programs or offers including, but not limited to, Business Partner discounts. Discounts cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts, including IBM Business Partner discounts.
