IBM SevOne Network Performance Monitoring Fundamentals (TV00501G-WBT)

Overview

This course is segmented into multiple learning modules. Module 1 is an introduction to the system and how data is collected and stored. Module 2 is an overview of system preparation covering the configuration tasks necessary to run a functional instance of SevOne NPM. Module 3 is basic reporting showing users the reporting functionality available on the NMS side of SevOne NPM. Module 3 is alerting covering the basics of configuring and working alerts in SevOne. Module 5 is SURF reporting covering more advanced reporting capabilities and larger reports built in the NMS. Module 6 is administration which covers some of the high level and common administration tasks a new user would need to know. Module 7 is SevOne Data Insight covering every core widget in the the Data Insight reporting tool. All of these learning modules contain step by step walkthroughs that have learners demonstrate their ability to complete learning objectives in a guided session.
