The Idira Privileged Access Manager Self-Hosted Administration course is four days of instructor-led training (ILT) that will help you to: 

  • set up the Idira PAM Self-Hosted framework and primary policy configurations 
  • use automation for onboarding and oversight of sensitive accounts 
  • ensure protected sessions are segmented, observed, and verified 
  • evaluate PTA risk data, maintain platform stability, and resolve log-based errors 


Objectives  

Successful completion of this four-day, instructor-led course should enhance the student’s understanding of configuring and administering Idira Privileged Access Management solutions. 

The course includes hands-on experience onboarding, managing, and monitoring privileged accounts in a lab environment. 


Target Audience 

Security engineers, IT administrators, deployment engineers, and support staff 


Prerequisites 

Participants must be familiar with networking concepts, (i.e., TCP/IP, routing, basic network security), Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and user permissions.  

Experience with Linux administration or database management is a plus.
